ELME Industrial Group Industrial Solutions and Services (EIG) has been formed

We have reached an other milestone in the history of EL&ME Control Engineering Ltd. Through strategic acquisitions and mergers over years our Company has joined the group of industrial solution suppliers and in cooperation with them we could implement complex industrial investment projects in volumes worth several billion forint. As a result of this EL&ME Control Engineering Ltd. and the companies in its stakeholding have jointly employed more than 800 people at the end of 2008 and their sales revenues exceeded 15 billion forint. In the very same period the Company has set up representative agencies in six countries, while it has launched projects in ten countries.
 

To provide the transparency of the operations and to utilize the synergies more efficiently, the management of the Company has decided to form ELME Industrial Group and at the same time cleaned the profile of the member companies of the Group. EL&ME Control Engineering Ltd. continues its operations as a company with pure electrical, instrumental and control engineering profile.
 

We are confident that our new organizational structure enables us to further grow in 2009 and in the meantime we can provide higher quality in the implementation of industrial projects as well as in our maintenance and operational services in a more favorable form and ultimately in a more cost efficient manner.
